At Audifort, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth from start to finish. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons or if your shipping info is incorrect.
  • U.S. addresses are verified through USPS. Please make sure your address is accurate at checkout. You can verify it at www.usps.com.
  • International orders are not subject to USPS address validation.

🚚 Shipping Schedule

  • We ship Monday to Friday (no weekends or U.S. holidays).
  • Shipping times depend on the method you choose during checkout.
  • Estimated shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Note: While we do our best to ship promptly, Audifort is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

US Domestic Shipping

Standard delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Audifort is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier service issues
  • Customs delays
  • Labor strikes or natural events

🌍 International Shipping

  • Most international orders arrive in 4–6 weeks, though rare delays of 8–12 weeks may occur due to customs.
  • Some countries may charge additional fees or impose restrictions.
  • We are not responsible for delays related to customs processing.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Refused Packages

  • If your package is refused, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund after we receive and inspect the return.
  • We use UPS for most shipments but cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, contact USPS or your local carrier.
    Note: Audifort is not liable for items marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our support team.
  • After 24 hours, if your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If already shipped, you can:
    • Refuse the package and notify us
    • Return the item at your own expense, with tracking

📬 Address Errors

  • Double-check your address before submitting your order — we’re not responsible for incorrect shipping info.
  • If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us:
    • We’ll contact you for reshipment
    • Or issue a refund minus the original shipping fee

🔁 Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a full refund, please:

  1. Return all bottles — used, unopened, or bonus bottles — within 60 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the following inside the package:
    • Your Order ID
    • Full Name and Address
    • Email and Phone Number
    • Original packing slip (if available)
  3. Ship via USPS with tracking to:

Incomplete returns (missing bottles or order info) may only qualify for a partial refund.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after return approval.
