Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return your item and request a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Request a Return Authorization (RMA)
Email us at support@audifort.com within 90 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Send Back Your Item
After receiving your RMA, mail the product to the address we provide. Be sure to include:
- Your RMA number
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
- The original product and all accessories
- Send Tracking Info
Please email us the tracking number once your item is shipped. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be in good, undamaged condition
- All accessories must be included
- The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your RMA
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some personal care or health-related products
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Opened books, CDs, DVDs, or other media
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Items returned after the 90-day window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@audifort.com within 90 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is processed.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will go back to the original buyer.
